These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SimleUp Pro SaaS platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SimleUp Pro provides a SaaS platform for dental clinics to manage patient consultations, FAQs, help-desk automation, and communication.

2. Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate information during sign-up.

You are responsible for maintaining account security.

Unauthorized or fraudulent use of your account is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Misuse features (e.g., spam, harassment).

Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our platform.

4. Payment & Subscription

SimleUp Pro is a subscription-based service.

Fees are billed according to your selected plan.

Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, features, branding, and content of SimleUp Pro are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your dental practice.

6. Limitation of Liability

SimleUp Pro is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or patient disputes arising from use of the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime, but subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
